# Plans & limits

> Free vs paid limits for search, connection requests, and AI outreach.

If you're on the **free plan**, your search results and connection requests are limited and automated AI outreach is only available to paid users. [Upgrade](https://app.branduo.io/settings/subscription) to unlock the full collaboration network.

AI agents keep running as long as they're enabled and you haven't reached your monthly connection request limit. If an agent pauses, it starts again when more requests are available in a new billing cycle.

If your brand is classified as **small**, you will only see **small** and **medium** brands in search results. See [eligibility](/account/eligibility) to request a size adjustment.
