# Who can join

> How Branduo verifies your domain and revenue, and how to appeal if you didn't pass.

Branduo is made for eCommerce brands earning thousands in monthly revenue.

When you [sign up](https://app.branduo.io/register) we'll verify your domain and ensure your brand meets the revenue threshold. We automatically confirm this using reliable public traffic data, product information and industry-specific revenue estimates.

If you didn't pass our criteria during onboarding, you can complete [this form](https://tally.so/r/3EayPo) to send us additional information about your brand for further consideration.

## Domain verification

You must verify your domain with a business-domain email to discover and connect with other brands. A verification email is sent to an address on your business domain.

## Brand size

Brand size is determined by analyzing website traffic, products and inventory data, then calculating it against average conversion rates for the store's specific categories.

If your brand is classified as **small**, you will only see **small** and **medium** brands in search results.

If you believe your brand size has been auto classified incorrectly, [create a support ticket](https://tally.so/r/3jYreJ) with proof of a higher monthly order volume and we can adjust it for you.
